Lily Langley is a Sydney/Gadigal based visual artist utilising visual storytelling and character creation. Growing up on the outermost edge of suburban Sydney, they have always had a fascination with the spinning of a good yarn; who gets to tell the story, where does it fragment, where does reality and fiction blur? Through a multidisciplinary practice of printmaking, ink drawing and sculpting, her works are threads of narrative that emerge from memories, urban legends, daydreams and nightmares alike.

In 2021, Lily Langley was selected for the Tim Olsen Drawing Prize and graduated with Honours from their Bachelor of Fine Arts at UNSW Art & Design.
